Douglas Lamont Penn, age 55, formerly of Wilmington, Delaware, departed this life at home in Mt. Hope, West Virginia, on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
Douglas leaves to celebrate his life, two sons, John Jones of Oak Hill, WV and Douglas Cuffy of New Castle, DE; one brother, Wayne Penn (Joann) of Mt. Hope, WV; six sisters, Marcia Wright-Dorsey, Beverly Griffin (Larry), Donna Jeffreys (Bradley) all of Wilmington, DE, Jacqueline Thomas (Clinton) and Linda Roane of New Castle, DE, Ginger Cummings (Frederick) of Chicago, IL; one granddaughter, Peyton Jones, Oak Hill, WV; one sister-in-law, Linda Penn, New Castle, DE and one brother-in-law, John Gibbs, of Wilmington, DE; one uncle, Raymond Pleasant, Roanoke, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral 11 am Friday, July 23 at the Newark United Pentecostal Church, 73 Salem Church Road. Viewing 9 am to 10:45 am only. Burial Gracelawn Memorial Park.
