My sincere condolences to the family members of my friend, Joanne. I am very spirit brokened to hear of the passing of my friend. But Jesus said, "Joanne, come home to Me and rest." I often thought of her. I knew when she moved that I would be losing the company of a good friend. Her sense of humor kept me grounded. She would remark that I was too serious. Joanne was my transportation to church for many a Sunday. She was dependable. As soon as I would get into the car, I'd start coughing (laughingly) to remind her to think serioulsy about quitting her smoking habit. I remember one Christmas her gift to me was a "Jesus Loves You" scarf. It is black w/gold lettering. Simply beautiful. I shall miss her deeply. Thank you so much for the opportunity to speak about Joanne. This is the first I have known of the electronic guest book and program! I shall continue to lift up prayers for the family.
